JCK solidifying its position as the most important global gathering for the jewelry trade, concluded its 2024 edition on a high note. Considered the “Super Bowl” of the jewelry industry, JCK continues to set the tone, the trends, and the mood for the jewelry industry for the year to come and it was an honour for me to be part of the JCK Show and share the best of Gems and Jewellery from May 31 to June 3 in The Venetian Convention& Expo Center, Las Vegas!
With ‘Love’ as the theme for JCK 2024, the show continued to be a hub for exciting activation. “This year’s JCK was another that surpassed all expectations,” says Sarin Bachmann, Group Vice President of RX’s jewelry portfolio and event leader for JCK. “Even in times when there is uncertainty in the jewelry industry, JCK proves once again to be the place the entire industry gathers to source products, unveil new technologies and strategies, learn, discuss, network and place orders for the rest of the selling season. There was a noticeable shift in the energy of the industry once they arrived at JCK and Luxury and the enthusiasm on the show floor prevailed and left the industry on a very positive note.”
Luxury celebrated 25 years of the show by continuing the elevated amenities for retailers and exhibitors on invitation days and into JCK; and more than 30,000 industry professionals from all facets of the jewelry industry joined JCK and Luxury for a week of product sourcing, education, and networking. The industry continued to gather under one roof with 16,500 attendees and over 1,900 exhibitors in over 20 different neighbourhoods.
One of the highlights of the 2024 edition of JCK Las Vegas was the new location of the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Level 1 Ballroom, where vendors and exhibitors from Hong Kong showcased their latest masterpieces to buyers from all over the world!
The Italian Pavilion by the Trade Commission in Houston (ITA Houston) aimed to support the Italian jewellery sector in the United States. More than 100 Italian companies exhibited high-quality Italian craftsmanship, latest innovations, technology and design trends in the US market and I had the pleasure of witnessing the best MADE IN ITALY jewels at the Italian Pavilion.

I had the pleasure of meeting the family and admiring their jewels!
One of my discoveries at the JCK show is Lazar Diamonds, a company that specialises in large, rare white and fancy coloured diamonds and colored stones. The family members shared a few of their exceptional jewels!
RMC Gems INC exhibited the largest and the rarest inventory of coloured gemstones in all sizes and cuts. Mr Manoj Bhandari, Director of RMC INC highlighted Paraiba Tourmaline, Pink Morganite, and Rubellites as the most trending gemstones in the USA.
Gandhi Enterprises is known for dealing in ready-calibrated sizes of small to big gemstones in sapphires, rubies and emeralds; and they also custom cut the gemstones in special shapes and sizes on request and offer complete matching and bagging services of good quality gemstones at competitive prices!
Modani Jewels inventory is one of the most diversified & contains over a million carats of loose stones with different hues and diamonds at any given time! I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Sumit Modani who showcased the rarest collection of natural fancy pink diamonds and a stunning 30 cts pair of Fancy Radiant Yellow Diamonds GIA meticulously set into earrings!!
